The coated release lever also acts as a locking mechanism once you have your tie down secured. The tie down features a built in soft tie that wraps around axles or A-arms, and prevents scratching. Includes twisted snap hooks on the end that wont come undone. 4,000 lbs. maximum rated capacity and a 1,333 lbs. safe working load.
